Return and Refund Policy

Returns are possible within 30 days:

  • Products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags attached.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.

Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always make sure your package has a track & trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded without proof of shipment with a track & trace code. Returns by post without a track & trace code are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jadaboutique.com  with your order details. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide any additional information you may need. Please ensure you reach out within the 30-day return window to be eligible for a refund.

Return Label:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are always at the sender's risk; return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer Remorse Returns:
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or because of an ordering mistake, please note that you will be responsible for the actual costs of returning the product. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing to ensure satisfaction with your selections.

Defective products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@jadaboutique.com as soon as possible. You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged product.

Exchanges:
Yes, we accept the exchange of your items. You can always request exchange for your items within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped during processing, and after that, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Restocking fee:
We are pleased to announce that we do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible and to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase.

Shipping your return items:
You are responsible for the return label and the shipping costs for returning any of your items (with the exception of defective and/or incorrectly received items).

It is expected to return the items with a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance. The sender is always responsible for the shipment, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you post them without traceable shipping.

Refunds:
Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically issued to your payment method within 14 days, using the same payment method you placed the order with.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund even after 14 days, check first with your bank account.
Then contact your payment provider/company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.
If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.
